FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  WHEN ARE WE OPEN?  

A:  We are open October 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28, 30, and 31.

 

Q:  WHAT PULLS THE WAGON?  

A:  The wagons will be pulled by teams of Percheron and Belgain draft horses!

Q:  HOW LONG IS THE WAGON RIDE?  

A:  The wagon ride is approximately 15-20 minutes long, but some horses may walk a little faster or slower.

Q:  WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT & UNIQUE?

A:  This event is family-friendly! We are a family-owned business and aim to curate experiences that will last a lifetime. Horses are a big part of our life and we want to share that with others. 

 

Q:  HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

A:  Tickets are on sale and $25/person. Children 2 and under are free.

 

Q:  WHERE ARE THE WAGON RIDES LOCATED?

A:  Soldier Hollow in Midway. Our address is 633 W Soldier Hollow Lane, Midway, UT 84049

 

Q:  WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?

A:  We recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather conditions.  It can be cool at night this time of year.  You are also welcome to bring a blanket to use on the wagon ride. 

Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT ON A WAGON?

A: Our wagons seat approximately 15 people. If you have more than 15 people in your group, please do not expect to all fit on 1 wagon. Children 2 and under that can sit on adult's laps do not count toward your overall group size.

Q: DO WE NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY?

A: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time. 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?

A: Safety is our biggest priority, so if weather conditions would make the ride unsafe for our horses, cowboys, cowgirls, or guests, we will contact you as soon as possible to postpone, reschedule, or cancel and refund your reservation. 

Q: DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER? 

A: Yes, all guests are required to sign the waiver attached in their confirmation email. Parents or guardians will sign for children. 

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION? 

A: All ticket sales are final for this event. No cancellations are accepted. 

Q: CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE RIDE? 

A: Yes, just book 15 tickets at your preferred time and that will ensure your ride is private! 

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE IN MY PARTY? 

A: That's great! We'd love to have you! Just book 15 people, then go back in and book the remaining tickets you still need.
